For each poinsettia, select whether it is dedicated in memory of a loved one who has passed or in honor of someone. At the bottom of the order form, please indicate if you plan to pick up your poinsettia(s) or would prefer to donate your poinsettia(s). If you would like to keep a portion of your order and donate a portion, please indicate the number of poinsettias you would like to donate.
